Mel and Paul Pfister are the current owners of Nuts n Stuff. The Pfisters
have operated a successful side catering business for the past 20 years and
decided to become more directly involved in the food business in 2006 with
the purchase of Nuts n Stuff. Nuts n Stuff has become a quality supplier to
local caterers, restaurants and civic organizations as well a purveyor to
the Louisville Zoo and Rivue, one of Louisville's more prestigious tables.
